Pumpkin seeds work pretty well with tapeworms. 2 tablespoons (ground) morning and evening (30 kg dog) for 5-7 days.

Also Juliette de Bairacli Levy’s method will definitely get rid of a tapeworm:
Fast the dog for 24 hrs (absolutely no food or treats)

Give him castor oil (2 Tbls./30 kg dog) on the evening of the fast (after 24 hrs)

Next morning you give him herbal pills made up of wormwood, sage, thyme, cayenne & rue (equal parts)
Use powdered herbs and roll them into balls with some flour and honey. (5-6 hazelnut sized balls for a 30 kg dog)
Half an hour after that you give another dose of castor oil.
After a few hours give him a semi liquid meal made of slippery elm tree bark flour, some yoghurt or cottage cheese.
In the evening same semi liquid meal

Next day in the morning give half the amount of herbal pills and a half hour later another semi liquid meal made as above with some slippery elm added.
In the evening a light meal (eggs, cottage cheese, steamed veggies, a bit of meat)

Next day same as day before (castor oil – liquid meal w. slippery elm)
In the evening return carefully to normal foods (meat, some steamed veggies, oils)

Next day same.

By then you’ll be feeding normally again (hopefully for the dog’s sake fresh foods)
Also add grated carrots to the diet and coconut oil or grated coconut.
